Free shipping is available exclusively for orders shipped within the United States.
International orders are welcome, but shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Orders placed over a weekend or holiday will begin processing on the next business day. During launches and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will always let you know if that’s the case.
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Majestic Mustache LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your parcel is on its way.
If you opted in to SMS updates, we will also text you shipping notifications. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
For damaged parcels, please include a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to catch it before it ships, but once a parcel is with the carrier it falls under our standard refund process.
